The evolution of which service model will best fit the future market. Things are in flux and there is an opportunity to lead the way. The question is can we change deeply and fully enough? As Clayton Christensen laid out in his classic book, The Innovators Dilemma, we are working not to get stuck in the incumbency world. We fear not adjusting enough, making minor tweaks and thinking they are enough, but then getting caught in an unviable model, if the value the market demands shifts to something we are not set up to offer. We must be careful not to get caught in a slow boil. However, we have thrived through industry changes before and we are confident we will this time.
